The complete machine comes with a 12-month warranty or 1,500–2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. The exact warranty period varies by model — I'll confirm the specific terms for your chosen machine in the quotation.
We maintain stock of common spare parts and can ship them separately. Each machine also comes with a basic spare parts kit. For specific parts, just send me a photo or part number on WhatsApp and I'll arrange shipment.
We accept T/T (wire transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
Minimum order is 1 unit. For bulk pricing: mini models 8+ units, mid-size 6+ units, large 3+ units. Bulk orders receive discounted pricing — contact me for a custom quote.
All backhoe loaders can be customized with your preferred color at no extra cost. Customization lead time is 35–40 days depending on complexity. We also offer 40+ attachments — different bucket sizes, hydraulic breakers, crushers, snow brushes, fork frames, and more.
All machines are CE and ISO9001 certified. We can also assist qualified dealers with local certification requirements in your country.
You're welcome to visit our factory at any time. Airport pickup service can be arranged — just let me know your travel plans. Every machine undergoes strict testing before shipping, and we provide inspection videos for your approval.
